Häftig arom där blåtry dominerar. Jag har ingen relation till ”honeysuckle berry” men det känns som en blandning mellan blåbär och enbär. Mycket funk och ensilage samt komplext och svårplacerat. Elegant suris som överraskar!

Fruity beginning. The beer starts as a mixture of blue berries and cranberries. Interesting tart fruity. Deep red fruity finish, nice tart with a complex dry tart red fruity finish. Tannins, red fruit skin.

An initial sour shock. Then the realisation that I should have had this as first beer of the evening and not the last. Need to have it again to do it justice

Tart berries with a tinge of blackcurrant, alongside drying tannins, soft minerals and light funk before a surprisingly long lingering bitterness to the finish.

That dry/juicy magic trick. Delectable treatment of quality (and local-ish!) berries, with natural but considerable acidity. Rounder than the few Cantillons I’ve been fortunate enough to sample, but a rewarding, complex profile all the same. Magnificent.
