바디 좋다. 전반적으로 둥글둥글한데 그 안에가 캐릭터로 꽉꽉 차있음. 사과 볏짚 똥내 꽉꽉. 산미는 사과식초느낌. 효모취가 계속 두루두루 끝까지 따라와주는 와중에 사과가 숑숑 나와서 맛있음. 팔레트가 눈에 띄게 길어서 역시 좋음~~

향은 요새 괴즈보다 곰팡이, 젖은가죽내가 진함 특별한 맛이 나는건아닌데 맛이 진하기도 진하고 맛의 밸런스가 정말 뛰어나다. 끝쪽에 잔향이 쭉올라오면서 입안에 맴도는데 상당히 인상적이다. 4.55

March 2 2015 date, 375ml. Above average bottle! Spicy attic dust with a healthy dose of orange zest. Creamy body w perfect carb adds an extra layer of special.

Bottled Jan 2015. Magnus- this is from our Belgium trip, almost the last of what I brought back. Wonderful flavor, no sharp barrel flavors, just lambic. dad says 9.5/10

Easter 3x3, day 1 dish 2. Paired with moules, gueuze and sourdough fries. Delicious beer sporting perfect Sherry oxidation and a delicious pairing.

March bottle. Not a massive cantillon gueuze fan but this is probably the best I’ve ever had from them. Some lovely vanilla/oak notes that really elevated it.

Sweet and tart, blue cheese, and fruity yeasty nose on this one! Taste follows with a funky, cheesy, yeasty tart finish. Outstanding!

Flawless! Different acidity with a roundness to it. Astonishing. Just perfect and out of this world. Cantillon really needs time to fully express
