Just perfect!🌟Crisp & clean, lightly acidic & lemony… EXACTLY what I want out of a gueuze: fresh & flavorful, earth, vegetable garden,🍏& Belgian terroir. Pleasing, accessible, all before it turns & becomes stinky toe cheese + floor of the horse barn.

Tart apple fruity funky vibes, surprisingly full-bodied. Really enjoyable. Classic(!?).

Cette bière est tout simplement folle. Pommes, raisins et poires se placent en bouche avec une aisance inouïe. L’acidité y est superbement balancée. Un magnifique délice exquis

Incredibly drinkable gueuze. Hard to improve upon this. Clean. Lightly tart and sour. Stone fruit and white grapes. Can’t crush these but can sip and appreciate. Upper esch. 4.17

You know you're on the good stuff when it comes served, cradled in its own wicker basket! 😊 Heaps of complex acidity and fruitiness, with a distinctive dryness. As close to 'sparkling wine' as beer can get.
