01Mar'17 75cl. Good pop of the cork, huge carb upon first pours. Big razz nose, subtle hay-like funk. Razz is a bit seedier/vegetal in the mouth. Color change is the only hint that this is 3-4yrs old.

My sweet Rosé, never leave my side! Fantastic funk and nose. The mouthfeel is amazing, with a gentle swish it fizzles and slightly tickles the cheeks before evaporating and leaving notes of unshaven maiden Rosé hips & inus upon the palate.

1 March 2017. Wow this is one of the best bottles of RdG I’ve ever had. Drinking so well. Raspberry, fruit punch, maybe even a little Pinot. Moderate backing funk. Balanced. Comparing to the Raspe I had last week is like The Godfather versus Corky Romano

3y since last time. And still grrreat. Still well carbonated. Funky with a fruity and berry taste of raspberries. Tasty and sour. Balanced well and still noticable sharpness. Could definitely age a couple more years without a problem.
