Red wine. Sweet, just a bit tannic (think of Lambrusco). Moderate acidity.

Esplosione d’uva, tanto tanto vinosa, cenni di prugna e frutti di bosco a corredo. Il citrico del Lambic lava il sorso lasciando comunque un tannino molto pronunciato. Un buon lavoro!

Interesting to try this pure as a psrt of the new st lam blend. Can see why it was blended! Less tannins, more acidity then the typical merlot. Cool to try. Maybe gets better with age but imo not in the long term

Made from grapes of the same name, a bit too vinegary for my taste but I guess it’s supposed to be this way.

Out the bottle, it has a cheesy funky finish that reminds me of kriek in an in between phase. After sitting for 30 min, that goes away. It's good, but it lacks uniqueness or complexity right now. I think this one needs a lot more time to age and develop
