Framboos subtiel aanwezig, licht zuurtje nog, droge afdronk. Prima te drinken nog.

04Apr2016. Funked up a bunch, and fruit is obvs still strong (getting a tad seedy, though). Acidity was a bit higher than expected based on previous bottles. Always nice to reminisce about international beer vacations. 🥲

Yeah this happened! Thanks Andreas a. It’s got some of the weird old vinegar-y raspberry thing that happens to aged raspberry gueuze, so obviously over the top. But still awesome aged lambic

3/29/24. Thanks Enrico. Still superb and awesome raspberry attack with a gentle dusty finish. Fruit impact is great and melts with lambic acidity. Darn good in your mouth. Tart and lambic-driven. 4.40
