Definitely one of the lesser Fou's in terms of sheer juicy- and tartness.. I know Fou needs a year or two to really shine, but something is a little off with this blend.. Less acidity and tart apricot flavour, but by any means it's not bad!

Something in the basic Cantillon yeast strain doesn’t fully agree with my taste buds, but this tart fruity apricot blend isn’t too bad. Fun on tap. Beyond comprehension that a bottle sells for up to 200$ in the US 🙄. Say no more…🤐

Nez léger, abricot moyenne puissance, Brett. Bouche légère niveau fruit, Brett, manque puissance par rapport aux précédentes.
