Een goeie compagnon tijdens La primavera 🚲! Deze heeft al wat fruitigheid verloren, er komt een zoutig-zuur smaakje bovendrijven.

Although I’m really digging the juicy brightness of the apricots, I think I would love this more with a few months of age on it to take the edge off the hops. But shit, can’t really complain about fresh Fou’ Foune

Apricot in nose very present, usual funk and tart aromas.. light body and smooth mouthfeel. In mouth apricot again, tart, funk and dry finish. Very good fresh

BD 25.08.2022. Very fresh Fou but not as bang om apricots as 2021 I think. Acidity very minimal. This is great drinking

Bottled 25Aug22, 1½ month old. Vivid orange, almost copper, cloudy. Nose is strong fresh apricot, dried apricots, sweet marmelade, herbal hops, subtle funk. Taste is tart, chewy, fruity, a hint of caramel, soft candy. Highly crushable.
