Zapach lipa, nieprzyjemny element jakby białka od jajka, poza tym dość pusto, lekki ocet, suche. Natomiast w smaku bajka, miękki mineralny lambiczek winogronowy, soczkowe i lekko wytrawny, szlachetny bardzo. Ale zapach do smaku kompletnie nie pasuje. 4.1
