Wasn’t sure about this one going in but you know what? It kinda slaps. the pepper adds a lot of character to both the nose and palate.

Heerlijk droog zuurtje met een subtiel prettig pepertje

Fresh cracked black pepper crisps. Sounds mad. It is mad. Excellent.

This has mellowed nicely. Big pepper nose, it's more subtle in the taste but it's better balanced than on keg on Zwanze Day last year

LCI. Smells far too perfumey, but the taste isn't as overpowering. Herbal and sour. Not my favourite, but nice enough.

Golden and hazy. Carb is low - 2 year (lower sugar) lambic with black pepper. Nose meets taste with great black pepper notes. Sour hint at the back. Delicious. Not a one-and-done beer.

2-year lambic, minimal carbonation, cloudy amber color, sour pepper nose, first taste is strong pepper which mellows as palate calibrates. A little sweetness shines through tartness. Pepper lingers.

Wow. The pepper tickles your nose a little. So different and unqiue. Love it.

Look what’s on tap! Fun! Hadn’t had this yet. Clearly get the pepper. Nice tart bitter finish, grapefruity. Yum!!

So much better out of the bottle. It’s green pepper all the way. Could see this working nicely in a food pairing. It will never be one of my favorites from cantillon tho

Still not a big fan, too much pepper in it

That black pepper.

Pepper goes well with lambic. Better than my expectation.

Latertappd. Unique, restrained tartness and funk in the lambic, with big pepper up front that compliments the juicy grapefruit that dominates the body.
