Massive fruity pepper nose, apricot, apple, flavor follows, pepper is forward yet balanced, like pepper geuze almost. Floral, Earl Grey tea notes. Unique and awesome, one of my favorites this time. Will age really well!

I don't usually comment on the beers I drink. But this is yet another remarkable one. It has a pepper scent and it also tastes a bit like it. It leaves the flavour behind in your lips. 100% if you're looking for a creative, different experience.

Alors là c’est une claque ! J’aurais jamais pensé retrouver aussi proprement un ajout. Au nez c’est poivre pleine balle, en bouche idem mais parfumé. Attention toutefois le palais est HS par la suite

This is more peppery than I remember on Zwanze Day. That’s not a bad thing, and the lambic works well with the black pepper. But it’s more notable to me.
