The base beer is good but it tastes like you shook black pepper in your mouth before drinking it. Might be great as a marinade?

Insanely peppery, but in a good way. Complements the slight tartness really well. Glad I got to try a super rare beer like this one.

Holy pepper. Beautifully aromatic pepper phenol aromas on top of a delicately tart, and sophisticated geuze base.

EB Frilltessence 2023. Fruity with loads of spicy pepper corns. A small glass is quite fun and good but would have problems finishing a bottle on my own. Tons of potential for food pairings though!

Super unique. Actually really enjoyed it. Not sure I would want more than 3-6 oz but it worked nicely as a palate cleanser

Out of all the beers by the bottle I had at Cantillon, the Harambe lambic was probably the one I revisited the most, excellent show of creativity.
