4.375 - most non-surprising but also most pleasant zwanze in the last few years. Good straberry green apple hay lambic lightly vinous lambic base with the pepper sizzling in the background w/ red fruity and red peppercorn notes.

Who needs Zwanze day when you can get it at the source? The pepper lends amazing floral and umami notes.

I had to miss Zwanze this year. A kindly gentleman just gave me a glass of it as consolation. This is really nice. The pepper comes through as it warms, but it's subtle. Probably my favourite Zwanze beer for a while.

Distinkt aroma av pepper. Litt såpete på smak - men på en ok måte. Moderat syrlig. Under pepperen er det rikelig med sødme. Det skjer mye i munnen. Aprikos. Treverk. Appelsinskall. Og syrligheten i appelsin også. Er det en pepra Zwanze '21? Digg øl!

Sadly missed Zwanze day this year as it coincided with our Oktoberfest event 😬. This has to be my favourite Zwanze beer so far absolutely incredible. Bold pepper flavour that works harmoniously in this beautiful Lambic.

Intriguing. Lots of black pepper on the nose. It's less prominent on the taste bur certainly discernible. Reckon that like many Zwanze beers it'll be betrer in a year or two
