Nose with tons of peppers there, the beer starts fruity mild, nice sour with fruity peppers. Great aromatic, lots of pepper without being hot. Great sourish fruity, mild with tons of pepper! Fantastic.

Pepper on the nose. The pepper dominates the flavors, but still leaves room for notes of lemon. Lightly earthy as well. Just a delight for the senses!

Akin to the flavour of a specialist “eau de Cologne” mint variety, that I used once in cooking and never again. Highly aromatic, intense, and yes, mainly tastes of aftershave. Nevertheless, a classic geuze style Lambic beneath that with great acidity.
