Bien poivre au nez en bouche c'est un peu mitigé on reconnaît le poivre avec un côté très vert et l'ensemble fait un peu savonneux etrange, belle longueur funk rond et discret mérite de vieillir un peu peut être

Zwanze beer can be hit or miss. This one was a hit for me: yuge pepper nose but more subtle on the tongue; herbaceous, fruity. Look forward to trying again over the years

Le nez, wow! Gros poivre. Pineau d’Aunis x1000. Ça semble prometteur. En bouche c’est moins un coup de ❤️ je tombe sur du végétal un peu poivron parfois mais le poivre est là. Les gorgées que j’ai bu dans le thermos que j’ai ramené étaient + équilibrées

Very unique. Tons of pepper on the nose. Present in the taste, but not as intense as the smell. Floral notes are strong too. Pretty good.

Unbelievable fresh grated black pepper smell. Dry with the black pepper spice. Short lived and follows a tart finish. Overall beauty

interesting. the pepper is fitting really well to the lambic. nose is very strong pepper, taste is a little more subtle but still the pepper is very present.

La vera Zwanze 2022: esplosività data dal pepe. Naso buonissimo e gusto che sembrava aranciata amara. Lime e pepe rosa sono i gusti che ho percepito maggiormente. Anche dopo un po’ di tempo il Lambic non si sente sovrastato dal troppo pepe: freschissima.

Il pepe c'è si sente ed è valorizzato. Il sour è un po' sottotono. Speziato a non finire sia in bocca che al naso.

Without a doubt the worst Cantillon I’ve tried. It’s like licking the bottom of a pepper grinder. A real effort to finish it. But the beer nerd in me is still just grateful to experience it 😂

Desequilibrio absoluto. Imposible acabarte 25 cl. Y entre 2 se hace larguisima. Es más una vinagreta a saco de pimienta y gengibre q una lambic.
