The most unique pour of the day. The black pepper provides a spicy aroma and the black pepper lingers through the entire finish. Just a bit of funk. I honestly loved this. So different than anything I’ve ever had and gives new meaning to a “peppery” beer

Black pepper really made it into something so unique. The aroma was amazing. I also love peppery saisons and this was definitely memorable. Bravo!

Nice. Great pepper expression. Very fruity, and no heat. A bold, funny choice that worked. I wouldn't hqve a pint of it but a glass or two were nice. Bizarre and funny, yet interesting. Great zwanze!

Shocked by how good this was. Pungent floral aroma, roses, grapefruit, perfume. Pepper on the taste but without the spice. Herbal. About as good as draft Cantillon gets. Hope to try out of the bottle one day. Happy Zwanze! 4.6

😱This is an incredibly unique lambic that almost tastes with a hint of mint. Incredibly smooth and refreshing.

Very interesting Zwanze blend this year. The black pepper is very mild as far as spice or heat goes, but very floral and has a big lemon pepper vibe. I really dig it! Hoping to try a bottle with some age on it again down the road.

This was a great funky brew! It has a really enjoyable full body that’s got a nice mild heft to it and a well balanced and deep mellow musty herbal flavor with spot on notes of earth pepper and a nice hint of grapefruit to it.
