Incredible off beat pepper and lime tones, feels mature and confident but in a completely unique way. Sourness and pepper on the nose, rounded together when it hits the mouth with citrus and I've no idea what else.

Evidente wittige peper in de neus, maar qua smaak een zeer floraal, zelfs wat zoetige toets van vlier en acacia, zelfs wat subtiel zuur fruit.. eerste zwanze in tijden die ook echt lekker is :-)

Génial ce poivre puissant et délicat à la fois. Pas de piquant mais de l’ampleur sur base souple, lisse et bien acide

Mina, si sente il pepe ma solo il sapore, il *piccante* del pepe praticamente non viene percepito, veramente ottima

Œil : orangé, col fin. Nez : poivres roses/noires, notes de pommes. Bouche : pommes, herbeux, poivre bien présent. Bien équilibré. Assez spécial.

Lime zesty sourness, fruity tea flavors and very strong black pepper shaking hands brilliantly with the base lambic. This is obviously not very complex compared to some of the Cantillon greats but as a Zwanze it’s quite awesome and enjoyable. 💊 🦍 43/50

Pungent, pepper nose, fragrant-like, sips like a herbaceous perfume, the low acidity falls over to the permeating fresh-ground black pepper flavors. Not spicy from a heat perspective. This was truly special, wish I had a meal to pair with.

Una làmbica molt lleugera amb aromes de pebre aromàtic amb fruits i un picant molt lleuger, poca acidesa i poc toc característic de la làmbica de Cantillon. Molt bon producte, però sóc partidari d'un gust làmbic més fort i major acidesa.

闻香先是黑胡椒碎的香气 不是很重 柚子 青柠皮碎 果核 叫不出名字的有清新苦味的草药（类似龙胆 入口清晰不重的果味与野菌味埋在增味下面 尾端苦味来得极其持久且复杂 像是胡椒的淡淡辣味裹着果核的苦味 Sante!
