Looks innocuous enough but packs a whale of a peppery nose: ground black pepper, distant gueuze. Palate brings mouthwatering gueuze tartness in, and it all works surprisingly well together. Did not expect to like this as much as I do. At Perry’s

Tastes like comme black pepper smells. Pepper is strong, which is nice as some lambics can be too subtle

One of the most obscure beverages I've had, but extremely well executed. Got all elements of black pepper, from the flavour to the spice heat itself. Classic gueze flavours after the pepper fades.

独特の胡椒感。胡椒というよりもむしろハーバルな印象。酸味は弱めで柑橘感もそんなにないな。飲んでいると後口は胡椒辛さを感じる。面白くはあるが、さて美味いかというと？

ラッキーで入れた！岡野氏thx. 初aglio。ゴリラペッパーっていうコンゴのゴリラ保護地区で手積みされた黒胡椒を使ってるそう。かなりハーブ感あってアフターに胡椒の爽やかさ。ケムカーあたりでありそうな味

Full of ester! The pepper takes this brew to a next level. Smooth mouthfeel. Light-bodied. Mild acidity with stone fruit juiciness.

華やかな香り。 ライム的なニュアンスを強く感じる。 青い柑橘、カボス的な感じも。スパイシー。ペパーの辛味も後に残る。ドライ。 ペパーとランビックが上手くマッチングしてバランスも良い。分かりやすい個性だけど美味しい。

smells fucking wild. fruity black pepper with a tea component. taste is super complex. citrusy tea blends with funk. not spicy but definitely peppery. Happy Zwanze!

Nez: poivre, un cote herbe de Provence; bouche: attaque etonnament fruite et un peu sucré puis rapidement le poivre ce fait sentir en laissant s'échapper un cote herbe de Provence. Final sur le poivre un cote fruité lambic/cidre boisé sec. Top
