Beaucoup d’attente vis à vis de cette création ayant énormément apprécié la poissard l’an passé… à redéguster un jour!

Funky at first, silky body, berries sweetness and easy going / somewhat dry finish - ahead of a light dinner with a charcuterie board. This is what to expect

Herbal rose, a little foam rubber in finish.

2022 vintage - So amazing. second best beer i've had in my life! I really like the complex grape character and the oxidation matches the lambic perfectly.

Worst C I ever drank. Weird, acidity is off and tastes like fish oil. Not for repeats

Værste Cantillon jeg har fået. Dufter af røget kød og syltede gamle løg fra glas, der har stået for længe. Noget er helt galt her. Øv.

Such a weird aroma. Can’t tell it’s lambic from the nose. Absolutely weird and off and has got nothing to so with grapes. Taste has some lambic acidity going on, but also some briny pickle stuff going on. One IG the weirdest lambics I’ve had.

interesting approach, daring, but something funny happens to the taste here. first impression: fish. somehow loses that edge over time but not entirely. carbonation is very good for a lambic though!
