Au nez noix, safran ! E'mn bouche c'est oxydatif, notes de curry, curcuma et une belle acidité qui marque l'ensemble. Excellent !

Intense musty grapes, overripe oranges and apricots, sourdough baguette, subtle mushrooms, pleasant late acetic touch, deep balanced complexity, wonderful.

I've been chasing this whale since our previous trip in Brussels late March. Wasn't available last Friday either, but today we got lucky... And boy what a magnificent beer this was.. constantly changing in the glass. Amazing barrel, curry, funk. ⬆️4.85

Bière d'exception. Légèrement trop acide pour moi . Le nez était tout simplement à se jeter par terre. Belle surprise quant aux saveurs de vin jaune, j'ai bien aimé !

Jeudi 14 avril Cantillon. Un de mes plus gros ISO 😍 j’en reviens pas de l’acidité autant bien intégré dans la bière avec le beau curry et noix en arrière bouche. Je réalise zéro où je suis à ce moment là, c’est comme un rêve.
