This is incredible. From winemaker, similar to beer, 6 years in barrels, pellicle, barrels evaporate over the years, Cantillon gets 2 of these barrels per year, very limited, before Covid this wasn't publicly available, only available to bring people in

Gvd, 6 years old wine barrel, they get 3 wine barrels a year. Before covid they don't put it on the menu, only for special events, thx covid. Fish, salt, oil like olives

Zapach ziołowe, rosół, magii, lekko derka, średnio intensywne. Smak pół wytrawne, kwaśne, cierpkie, ocet, rosół, magii, metaliczne, oj bardzo męczące.

W aromacie jeszcze jakoś tam pachnie ludzko, mineralka, trochę dzikości, trochę warzywka lub Vegety. W ustach kwaśne, kostka rosołowa, magi, włoszczyzna normalnie. No nie kurwa nie , już parasol lepszy

Veldig mye fat veldig mye sherry og sødme, fruktighet og ekstremt rik på smak. Drikkes her mot vesentlig søtere Vin de Paille. Tror begge vil tjene på ti års lagring, men er begge briljante i dag.

Der over. Mega verfijnd. Geur van een getoast vat, cognac, hop en frisse zurigheid. Smaak is veel okkernoten(olie), hout, druif en ziltige zurigheid met een wat astringent finish. Blijft lang plakken. Zot goed dit

Side by side with 2020. This one edges out the 2020 for me. Richer and fuller in both smell and taste. Hazel- and walnuts and semi-sweet. Oily texture. Very special and awesome lambic.
