Super donkerrode kleur, prachtig. Diepe vineuze smaak met een wrange nasmaak. Weinig koolzuur maar net genoeg om de smaken mooi te laten doorkomen. Lekker hoor......

Heavily tannic and super wine-forward. Green apples. The vinous character is huge. Maybe too much. I’d rather make this to sit for a long time maybe. Carbonation is quite absent at all. Appreciate the complexity but lambic has to show up. 4.20
