Extremely delicious lambic. Very fruity with just the right amount of raspberry flavour and a small hint of floral notes. Very pleasant sourness with a fairly rich mouthfeel. I am looking forward to getting another few bottles of this deliciousness

Much more restrained tartness than I remember for this beer. Tons of raspberry juice and honestly one of the best raspberry renditions I've ever had, and I usually don't live Rosé for Gambrinus.

Amazing lambic. Perfect blend of sourness and fruitiness. There is sour raspberries on the nose with a sour hint like raspberry vinegar. The flavours are similar to fresh raspberries on a summer day. Really refreshing beer.

4/20/23. This batch is something else, there’s a creaminess both in mouthfeel and taste, raspberries are present but not overly sour. Cantillon house nose coming through too. Beautiful lambic
