Dry, herbal, super acidic. Almost pillowy. Flavor I would associate with mead...light and fruity/floral. Right side in picture.

Kicked the keg. The half ounce I got was pretty dang nice.

Outstanding and elegant brew. Great grape variety. Tart and tannic. Slightly sweet and spiced. Astringent. Dry. Classy. Funky, leathery, dry. So easy. Low-medium bodied, silky, mineral, crispy/spritzy, mild carb. Vegetal. Vinous. Woody/oakey. Rustic. Big.

Damn that's good. Unfortunately they were out of the Saint Lamvinus but just tapped this one.

Doesn't have that usual Cantillon funk but fruit is brighter & stays longer as it warms. Very crushable actually!

Tart berry funkiness. Reminds me of a New Glarus fruit beer in many ways.

Just revisited a vintage Camerise the other night, at this fresh batch drinks almost a little lighter to me. But still a full flavor that's drinkably tasty. Easy "down the hatch". Also very much dig Proletariat's vibe and space. (and tap list)
