One of the best sour beers i’ve ever had. Strong raspberry smell, not so pronounced in flavour. The sour flavour hit strong, leaving to a complex fruity aftertaste, maybe because of the aging. Would give another ride, no doubt about it.

Ziggy rolling his eyes at me drinking a rose inspired beer 😂. Cantillon is the ish though. This is really really good. Thanks to Mike G for bringing it!

Fruity, peppery, just this side of too vinegary. Good but ultimately prefer it fresh

Perfectly aged. This is amazing. All the fruit has become sours and a bit of wood.

April 11 2016 bottle. This date’s been a favorite for a few years now and at 5 and a half years it doesn’t disappoint! Gorgeous framboise, juicy nose w a touch of seed, bit of sweetness remains on palate along with minerals n funk, creamy mouth, A+!!!

Nearly 5 years young. Raspberries don't pop as much as fresh but there's no sharpness either.
