Awesome lambic. Vibrant and sharp, with a moderate acidity. Sweet floral notes balance an earthy hay backbone, finishing with a complex oak character.

(Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays!🎄) Slighty hoppy with floral and earthy underneath the barnyard funk. Moderate acidic and tart. Slightly dry mouthfeel.

Fruity and funky, Brussels brine, and a floral nose. Dry hop really pops when this is young. First bottle with the new label I’ve had. 🎄
