Intense aroma, funk, dry. Tons of carb, taste is off the charts, dry, yeast, light fruit. Incredible.

Easily, the most disgusting cork I’ve ever seen. Oozy, inky black mold puddle 1/8” thick between the crown cap & cork. Mold in the cork. I drank it, still. Stunning: candied marmalade like fruit, herbal hop notes. Crushable as it’s more lush than sour.

2014 cork, Jan 2015 label. Darker pour with huge dense fluffy head. Tons of funk, good hop presence in taste gives this a unique character. Always enjoyed CSG, this bottle is no exception.

Celebrating half a decade with Angelou R. and this is so good. Smells like a musty basement, loads of fluffy lemons, light hops.

2/27/14. CSG is always overlooked, but one of my favorite loons. Loaded with wet cedar, oceanic funk, mineral, grapefruit, lemon, funky hops, and blanket. 🔥 4.8
