Finally caught this one, not sure vanilla is needed with how good his beer is. Good but the lpk crushed it

Draft. Not super fruity or pastry 🤣. Quite good balanced. Tastes like ume+cherry+cooked beetroot, a little bit toasty.

Brightness has faded. Smooth, easy drinking raspberry lambic.

Creamy like LPK but never loved vanilla in sours so, liked it more than the last one though

Au nez ça sent trees fort la vanille et la framboise, en bouche ça fait vraiment pastry, c'est hyper gourmand, l'acidité équilibre un peu le tout

Sour thin rasp bluebz. Bitter earthy seeds on the finish. No vanilla to be found. Much better in bottle, as most Cantillon is. “I mean, It’s not bad — I can see the potential” - Wilson H.
