Happy Zwanze day! Honestly, toss up between this and Westly for best apricot expression. Westly captured more of the fruit, but this has more complexity and depth

Let it warm for about 30 minutes. Give that great depth that bites into the corners around the tongue with plenty of fruit matched perfectly with the lambic.

So....this one truly floored me. Had a few Cantillons up to now, but nothing like thus. Huge apricot and peach scents, and still a lot of fruitiness in the body. Love the oak as well. This is honestly one of the best beers I've ever had, so time for...

Gift from former Falling Rock owner, whom I love and miss. An indescribable beer; fantastic and with some fruit heft from the apricot. A total experience. Five years old. They serve this in Heaven.

Nosing apricot, wet sidewalk & paint thinner. Tart & effervescent. Tasting sour warhead candy tartness, sweet apricot stone fruit notes, wildflower honey, dry oaky tannins, funk, minerals, balsamic vinegar, rubber & hints of Gorgonzola cheese. World-class

Holy shit. I was afraid the fruit would be gone by now but the fruit has multiplied. So much damn apricot. Most tart one of the day by far, extremely nice. Keep those Four Founes in the basement a little while longer, guys!

Perfektion. Aprikose, Funk, Balance, Säure, Süße, trocken, Holz, das geht nicht besser. Fickt eure scheiss Bokkereyder und Bofkonts und was weiß ich.

24Aug2017. Much more sour than 2022 or 2013. Smell is still tons of apricot but I get a little less in the taste.
