Da jeg stod på Cantillon inden jeg skulle rejse, måtte jeg vælge imellem at få øl med hjem eller mit tøj. Jeg valgte naturligvis øl. Den er rimelig frugtig og meget funky. Den har mistet lidt kulsyre pga. af flyveturen, men stadig super lækker.

Flanders #9: It’s another crimson coloured blend, but this has a few unique elements. Instead of grapes, we’ve got… Blue Honeysuckle. There’s a fruity, berry-esque twang that gives a subtle vinegar hit on the finish. Silky and funky.

Lekker fris en zuur. Redelijk wrang in de nasmaak door het fruit. De tijd zal dit bier zeker ten goede komen!

And for my 5000th checked in beer!! It’s been a journey, and celebrated with this delicious Cantillon bottle on Friday. What a beer. It was super sour and a bit thicker than other Cantillon beers I’ve had. Extreme berry flavor. Quite decadent and tasty.

泡沫绵密，香气是葡萄和浆果搭配上玫瑰的深沉花香,油漆的酸臭始终被果味压制。味道上蓝锭果的果味偏弱，呈现的几乎都是葡萄皮的味道——草本然后略带酸甜。果味在中段就消失殆尽，回味是苦和微咸，不知道是水果还是木桶带来的。回温稍微好点4.1
