Very refreshing . Refreshing/white/light sour, with perfect balance , and nice mouthfeel . Best of all - only the best notes from casks and yeast. Pleasure pleasure pleasure.

Pitkästä aikaa lambiccia Alkosta, aina kiehtova valinta. Nyt ei ihan niin nappilambic kuin yleensä. Ei vedä turpaan niin kuin nornaalisti, liian lempeä.

Lci Sunday. Disappointed, I have to say. The white grape and champagne/white wine fruit aroma was great, but not complex in aroma and especially in taste. Normal Boon OG is better.

Lijkt eerst heel zoet maar verdwijnt bij het opwarmen, word heerlijk droog en funky met licht zuurtje. Mocht wel wat minder koolzuur zijn voor mij

Acide, très minérale. Pas ma préférée. Manque un peu d'équilibre. 1 demi pouce de dépôt en plus.
