MØRK sjokolade, italienskbrent kaffe på duft. Her er det mye smak!! Med nesten 18% blir det i overkant. Det søtlige tar overhånd med whiskey, svisker, sjokolade. En heftig øl dom er vanskelig å rate.

Alcohol….! Sweet, boozy, roasted, caramel. Black (!) no head. Full. As good as it ever was. Best before 2017. Still great!

Used to have 17 %abv now 'just' 15. Very astringent bitter at first with soy sauce in both nose and mouth. Devellops with temp and gets more smooth with Liqourice and espresso notes.I like it a lot but probably wouldn't be able to drink the entire bottle

Complex nose with sweet liquorice, candied and dried fruits and roast. Sweet and boozy with liquorice, roast and molasses. Finish gets rather bitter at first but as warmth catch up it levels out more. Slightly demanding but nice.

2016 bottle consumed in 2022. Thick, raisiny with a heavy aftertaste.

Chyba 6-letni. Aromat winny, czekolada, muscovado, wanilia, skorupki orzecha laskowego, alk. średnio-wysoki, w smaku kawa, czekolada gorzka i mleczna, suszone owoce, chlebek, potężna goryczka, słodycz średnio-niska, likierowe. B.dobre ale nie rewelacyjne.

Simplemente increíble en todo aspecto. Nunca pensé que el dulce allá y salsa de soya en una cervecería me volaria la cabeza. De la más alta complejidad en cervezas negras que he probado

Han pasado 4 años …y sigue durísima. Alcoholes superiores, amargor y astringencia al final. Bajísima tomabilidad, especialmente al comparar con otras bombas de similar ABV

Best before: 07/10/29. Super smooth, to an extent I have a hard time believing. Aftertaste is almost a bit bitter, but chocolate bitter. Maybe some anise on the aftertaste? I could see this putting some people off, but this is really interesting.

It's time to revisit an old 18% "friend". Bitter and raw fresh. Time can be cruel, a godsend or...a respite. So about 8 years later it's drinking fiiiine.
