Exquisite aroma up front of toasty cinnamon and maple. Big swell of syrupy bourbon kick that subsides into a warm follow-through. Big and impressive!

For me it doesn’t quite mix good, I get that maple which quickly disappears to leave a bitter after taste

Last year's version we aged and it tastes great! Sweet maple flavor, French toast in a glass for sure!

The nose and initial taste is exactly like French toast, and the after taste just falls apart.

Nose maple butter vanilla and cinnamon. Taste very similar, the scotch ale appears drowned out, as is the bourbon. Hoping it opens as it warms. Did not open up to me, could get some alcohol if allowed to sit in back tongue. It’s good but a mid on style.

Heavy maple smell, cinnamon butter, vanilla. Dark amber in color. Tastes the same cold. Not much scotch ale.

(2017 vintage) A masterpiece if you can handle the sweet. Buttery maple and cinnamon. Age did this very well aside from the ugly murky brown color. It honestly tastes like a Southern Tier collab.

Very tasty but super sweet. Definitely like a cinnamon sprinkled piece of French toast with syrup. Good once but probably not again

Caramel malty and sweet. Cinnamon, vanilla and maple syrup. Sweet and heavy but in a good way.
