Seemed like a good time to open this 750 mL I bought in 2017. Light chocolate and coffee. Fairly muted flavor.

Held up really nice all this time. Lots of roasted coffee still with a sweet smooth finish.

What to drink as I'm frying wings. KBS of course. Bouquet still is tantalizing. Notes of chocolate, roasted malt, barrel seems to have faded a tad bit. Not as boozy, but apparent. Caribbean Jerk wings +KBS π

Absolutely coats the whole mouth. Almost no booze, tastes like carbonated chocolate milk, which is so dangerous and delicious. My first ever taste of this brew for any year.

Vacation house cellar clearing. This is still pretty good, and will probably get better as it warms. Sweet and roasty, pleasant heat.
