Fantastic! Syrup like richness that’s smooth as silk. Sweet cherry flavor but also mildly tart that’s mellowed out with maple. Desert in a bottle.

i don't understand this low scores, it's a tremendous lovely beer. like the back label tells: "the barrel is the star"!!! it's sweet , but the vanilla combined with some sweetness and sourness is perfect and then comes the barrel with maple&bourbon.

Bourbon barrel-aged brews are not typically my jam, but I really enjoyed this cherry ale aged in maple syrup bourbon barrels! Not overly boozy and quite smooth! 🍻🍒🥃

Rich, woody BBA notes on the nose, underpinned w/ tart cherry. No real maple syrup after 7 months on the nose, but it is present in silky spades on the tongue, which mutes the barrel & cherry notes but still leaves this beer a sublime sipper. More please!
