It’s almost like if they made a sophisticated peanut butter KBS. So smooth and decadent. The coffee roast is the yin and the sweet nuttiness is the yang. Kinda love this.

Really good initially, but I'm over it after a few drinks

Strong bitter coffee with a lot of hazelnut upfront, it is a little lacking on the barrel.

Love KBS and their variants. This newer one was well done. Like drinking a cup of hazelnut coffee with a dusting of cocoa on top. Only negative was the barreling being a bit faint.

Rich creamy mouthfeel with chocolate and coffee flavors and a touch of hazelnut. Light bourbon taste in the throat.

Dark roast Coffee/dark chocolate/hazelnut. Underlying barrel favor. Hazelnut nose. Not sweet.

Sunday breakfast beer suited well to this chilly (50s) SWFL morning. Nutty with enough coffee to barely notice.

Good, but not a standout in the KBS line. I’d choose the original or the Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa ahead; if you like this style, choose Oddside Ales’ Hazel’s Nuts.

Big hazelnut, chocolate nose, some bourbon. Taste is chocolate fudge with hazelnut, roasted coffee finish with slight bourbon booze

Was hoping for more hazelnut than bourbon flavor, but it's about 50/50. Not bad though.

That was tasty enough to have one for desert. Super nutty right up front followed by dark roasted coffee/chocolate. Super sippable!!!

Thick, dark and boozey. The hazelnut is subtle on my pallette. A decent KBS, but not one of the best.
