It’s BAAAAACK! One of the OG DFH brews. 7.2% hybrid b/t Scotch Ale, IPA, and American Brown. Hoppy malt magic!

First check in since 2014. A cross between a Scotch Ale, an India Pale Ale and an American Brown. Hoppy and malty at the same time. Interesting dynamic, my palette has changed quite a bit in 7 years! I like the caramel in this

Malty with coffee, caramel, and molasses notes. Good. Untappd style number 250; only two more to go, although those last two will be hard to find in China.

It’s been 10 years since I’ve had this one. This one is a lot better than the last ones! Nice bitterness and not over the top roasty.
