Amazing how well this beer has aged - better than I remember- very smooth with rich notes of coffee, chocolate and vanilla! Doesn’t drink like it is 18% ABV!

Just chillin in the discount bin! Aged beautifully, would love to compare with a fresh one, though if the residual heat here is any indication that'd light me on fire. Port, raisins, brandy, sherry, dark chocolate, espresso grounds. A real killer beer.

Still a boozy beast of an ale. Roasted malt and chocolate flavors fading, approaching an old strong ale profile

Another legendary beer I have wanted to try for ages. 1 November 2016 bottle. Tight tan head slowly raises up and then last for ages. Nose of complex dark roasty malts with hints of molasses, dark chocolate, dark caramel, and faint vanilla. The palate is

After 7 years 18% is pretty smooth, a little burn at the end. Pretty tasty, like a barleywine, raisins and roasty malts

Find in the back of the cellar. Body has thinned out a bit but still a big ass beer. Port Wine, dark chocolate, malt, cherry. Yum

Once you get into the 5+ year range these finally settle down, and what a treat. Just a archetype classic huge non-adjunct Imperial stout. Rich, bold, boozy dark malts.

11/2016 a little bit old, definitely past it's prime, had to try before a pour out.

Untappd if you know anything about me you should know how important carbonation is to me, especially in and old ass beer. well this guy has consumed carbon about 7 years ago and held its breath for me to consume

Still so Damn Good, noticing more of a black licorice as it warms.

Creamy oat, chocolate and vanilla nose. Boozy. Aged a long while. Tastes more boozy than the nose. Rich! Complex. Killer for a non barrel-aged. Lots of chocolate milk, leaning more cocoa.

Special find circa yr. 2016 At 18%abv. Bitter chocolate, coffee, dates, subtle black licorice and malty malty love.

Incredible gem to find on draft in little Dover! So tasty and roasty. I had to order it twice.

"Brewed with a ridiculous amount of barley, World Wide Stout is dark, rich, roasty and complex. This ageable ale. clocks in at 15-20% ABV and has a depth more in line with a fine port than with a can of cheap, mass-marketed beer".
