Amazing sipper. Starts with the nose. Anything more than sipping and it burns. The Utopias barrel is noticeable, along with intense, smooth hops. Incredibly balanced for such a high octane beer.

A 120 Minute on 1/20. A nice treat. At 17% this goes beyond what you think an IPA can be.

Soo smooth for less than a year old, not hoppy at all, ever so slightly boozy. More closely resembles a Strong Belgian / Barleywine

Catching up on missed Beer Homework checkins. Was disappointed in this, the utopias flavors overpowered the hops. If I want the utopia vibes, Iâll just drink that.

Finishing off Christmas 2023 with one of my favorites from this year. What a beautiful beast. Amazing barrel, rich and complex spice, anise, clove, vanilla. Under that is a lovely caramel and toffee body. Love this beer so much.

I expected this to be pure lighter fluid, but itâs not. Donât get me wrong; itâs still boozy. But itâs well-rounded

Little to no head. Probably darker than any 120 Iâve had. Tons of malt and hops on the nose. You can tell itâs really boozy and thatâs fine. Super thick mouthfeel. Certainly a sipper. The barrel adds to the flavor and subdues the hop bitterness

In the mood for hoppiness and to drink two beers tonight. Mistakes were made. Regardless, a WOW! beer by muting the tongue crushing hops and making it a chewier beer

This is a strange one. It almost tastes like a hopped Utopias rather than a Utopias 120. Loads of barrel, faint cognac note and then boozy hoppiness. Super caramelly. Thanks Justin !

Holy woah. This is far more Utopias than 120. Iâm really surprised how much of the barrel is in this beer.
