Al naso sentori di frutta (albicocca, leggera uva bianca). In bocca acidità leggera e gradevole, amaro ben dosato, legno leggero.

Donker geel helder 🍺 met weinig schuim. G klein zuurtje, wat Brett, bloemen. S klein fris zoetje, opkomend klein zuurtje. Geen CO2. Zuurtje vloeit wat verder uit met fruit karakter. Licht groene appel, wat 🍑.

Smooth as Smoove B, this one. Some pickle juice flavour, also mineral notes. Just all round nice. One for Mark H.
