Dourada e levemente opaca, espuma de boa formação e estabilidade. Aromas de abacaxi, couro, vinagre e estábulo, todos mais tímidos. Corpo médio, com leve adstringência e taninos que tiram o equilíbrio. Ácida e avinagrada, amargor mais presente, seca.

Smakfull gueuze med ganske fint eikefatpregt. Moderat syrlig, og med tydelige noter av sitrus og funk. Tørr.

A: musty and sweet. T: acidic and sweet, medium full, chewy. Green grape fruity. Slightest hint of smoke (one or two sips got this), green fruit stem bitter finish.

Cracking into some of my 6 year old lambic. Starts light, finishes dry with horse blanket and bandaid flavors in the middle. The Brett funk plays second fiddle to the other polyphenol, but still a pleasant lambic.

All that 91 has to offer, but with earthy notes dominance. Hey, I like Pearl Jam!

Another good one, just a little more messy than the other had with some kinda sweet part, though another great brew.

Brouwjaar 2014, een gouden jaar voor sommige brouwerijen, maar bij Boon merk je daar weinig van. Ietsje voller dan de normale geuze, maar dat is het zowaar. Desalniettemin lekker!

Dużo debiny, drewna. Mało owocową dość ciężkie mokre siano. Kwaśne spox, dzikie też. Dobry
