Nydelig lambisk lukt, søt og fruktig. Mindre sur enn en vanlig rødt-politiker, litt tam smak. Litt fruktig ettersmak, men ellers lite å melde. Bra bælmepotensiale.

Et une petite dernière pour cette année 📆 Assez différente de la précédente, beaucoup moins de carbo, l'élevage a davantage de place ici, sympathiques touches vanillées, boisées. Fruits confits et noix. Très cool !

Lukter syrlig eple, citrus, funky høy, søtt brød og litt eddik. Smaker sure epler, grapefrukt, funky høy, mye eik, litt søtt brød og eddik. Mye syrlighet på ettersmaken. Snart 6 år siden flaska, utvikla seg til det bedre siden sist.

Finally starting to drink again those Boon VAT blends, and this one is still fantastic. Elegant, funky, bit of oxidation like iron perfectly added to the sip, with nice minerality, tears, grapefruit. Just a small "hole" in the middle, but remains a good 1

Aroma has some woody notes, peach, some sourness. Very nicely balanced body, sweet peaches, some oak, sour apple notes.

>6 years old. Smell of cheese, vanilla coke, apples. Soft, round. Acidity quite low. Sweet vanilla notes more prominent on palate. Dry funk on the finish. This has developed into a complex drinkable geuze. Drink it now.

Bevuta dopo 7 anni dall'imbottigliamento, ottima. Acidità ammorbidita dal tempo, corpo ben presente, cristallino... L'amaro dei legni si sente sul finale e taglia la bevuta.
