Complex aroma, funky, muscat, green apple, barnyard. Dry, light acidity, green apple, lemon, tart, bitter.

This year is solid and with enough age it’s gotten nice. Definitely dulled in certain ways, but it still has great acidity and a nice blend of cheesy funk, dry toasted oak, and even some maltiness. I feel like I get stone fruit too

Final stop on the Binny’s shelfie lambic tour. A little more bitter, - little light on funk. But always nice to drink, especially with how readily available it is. 4.10

4.1 Het gouden jaar. Lekker, smaakt al wat afgeronder, kleine bittertjes, mooi. Mist wat pit maar gaat goed binnen als aperitief.

Batch 81604 75cl. During a movie and didn’t take notes; was good but felt a little young still though with a little more volatility than previous bottles of this batch.

Много яблок и апельсиновый цедры, скотинка. Достаточно яркий, цитрусово-яблочный, горчит цедрой сладкого апельсина. Карбо больше, чем в 13ом
