Woof. What a birthday outing... The cork rocketed off this one with the slightest bit of pressure. Pop! Still tasting great. Clean. Fresh. Effervescent.

Trocken, Kellertreppe, alte Heizung, Kork, Holz. Säure fehlt etwas, wird aber durch das schöne Pairing beigesteuert. Exquisit. 3,9

Apple tartness, not overly sour. A vintage from 2014. Ive got a new appreciation for this style havung recently visited Cantillon

Nice sour tart flavor. Bit of a funk to it. Also some bitterness with apple. Really refreshing in this hot weather!

Had a bunch of these in my cellar for years, this is the last one. Eight years on and this is still great. Tart and funky but smooth and oakey as well. Bit of a boozy finish.
