Aufgrund der völligen Völlerei musste etwas Medizin her, daher das mir bekannteste "medizinische" Bier... aber es entpuppt sich als deutlichst besser als das 2011er in 2016: Apfel, Cidre, Cognac im Aroma, champagner-perlig, viel Holz - Proto-Geuze? 🤔 4.2

Slightly oxidised but still a nice beer , slight caramel notes , zero carb but was pleasant enough

Tør gueuze med en vis restsødme. Noter af karamel, æble, let syre, rund fylde. Lettere oxideret, godt at den ikke blev gemt meget længere 😊

Tart and assertive acidity up front. Followed by a funkiness ending with a hint of vinegar that doesn’t overwhelm. Enjoyable but a sipper!

Bottle Fr 2016. Soft scent and and has kept lots of its character without getting any portwine or nafta. It feels smooth and with more rounder edges. Det, sour and very nice.

Nose is tart and a little funky. Taste is perfectly balance sour and just a hint of funk. Strong carbonation - big head. Well done!

Nice sour, noise is really sour but really smooth and balanced. A little funk with dark berry notes.
