紅色酒液澄清度略低、氣泡湧現活躍但酒帽壽命短。香氣的酸櫻桃香帶少許發酵果醬與偏酸的紅色果乾感、發酵特徵主要為跳耀的果感。入口酒體輕盈、碳酸感飽滿、酸韻輕盈且短。入口前段酸櫻桃、桑椹、小紅莓乾、芒果青輪廓凸出、輔以飽滿的香草、菸草、汗水、橄欖等特徵。酒花與穀物均低。發酵特徵的動物性野味適中、酸韻溫和、收尾極乾，餘韻主軸為前述發酵特徵與殘存的果味

Cherry red body and foam. Cherries on the nose and palette. Hints of marzipan and moderately sour, but just right. I could happily drink this all summer ( if I could afford it).

Phenomenal carbonation. Big cherry punch with some cinnamon and light vanilla oak character. Just a hint of marzipan comes through. Sourness is very refreshing. Not acidic at all. Rich cherry finish. Very well made beer.
