Zacht zuur, frisse ‘echte’ kersensmaak, stevig prik, droge iets wrangige finish

Cherry, raspberry, almond, cinnamon, hay, funk, jam and oak with a dry jammy finish. Good depth of fruit with a medium body. Great balance between the fruit, slight funk and light sweetness. Very drinkable lambic that went down way too easily

Really nice. A lot more bitterness and a tart mouthfeel. Nice sour cherry flavor and a puckering feeling.

Le goût de cerise est assez discret comme j'avais noté lors de ma première dégustation. Assez effervescente et donc sèche. Pas la meilleure kriek mais ça se boit bien

A bit on the richer/sweeter side but pretty well balanced by the funk, nice cherries

Wild'ish, hommade cherry wine, a tiny dose of vinegar after couple sips. Even it is from 2019 - quite fresh.

紅色、澄清度稍低、粉色酒帽量少。香氣的發酵風土感清晰、帶少許汗水與毛皮，酸櫻桃果香與發酵果感、蘋果、酸梅特徵清晰。入口碳酸感高、酸韻輕盈，櫻桃果實輪廓具體、輕跳的果感帶少許果皮微澀與檸檬皮聯想，尾段的動物感比香氣低。穀物風味輕盈帶少許香草。發酵程度高、收尾極乾，尾韻的櫻桃風味延續性相當好

В аромате ламбик, во вкусе несладкая вишня плюс опять же ламбик. В стакане взвесь.
