It’s a good Lambic - hard to compare to the great Rodenbach if we’re talking sour cherries.

Mellower and more rounded than other kreik’s i’ve had. Complex cherry and oaky flavours make this cery enjoyable

Lambic met een lichte kersensmaak, kriek overheerst dus helemaal niet.

A slightly funky nose with a bit of marcipan, a little salty mineral note, a wiff of bitter cherries and a fine balance sourness. Not the most expressive Kriek, though very clean.

Pretty Good! Somewhat vinegary tartness. Nothing exceptional. Interesting to see what this beer will do with age. Shows a lot of potential.

Mag wat meer diepgang hebben, maar misschien komt dat nog met de jaren. Heb nog drie flesjes in de kelder gezet.
