Like lazing in a hammock under a cherry tree in Schaerbeek. I'd rather drink this than dig a trench in the Ardennes.

Super veel krieken in de neus en mond. Wat vanille en amandel daarachter, en zelfs wat hout. Niet al te zuur. Enorm dorstlessend. Heerlijk! Matcht prima met de framboos macaron.

Cherry, raspberry, almond, cinnamon, hay, funk, jam and oak with a dry jammy finish. Good depth of fruit with a medium body. Great balance between the fruit, slight funk and light sweetness. Very drinkable lambic that went down way too easily

Really nice. A lot more bitterness and a tart mouthfeel. Nice sour cherry flavor and a puckering feeling.

Le goût de cerise est assez discret comme j'avais noté lors de ma première dégustation. Assez effervescente et donc sèche. Pas la meilleure kriek mais ça se boit bien

Wild'ish, hommade cherry wine, a tiny dose of vinegar after couple sips. Even it is from 2019 - quite fresh.
