Geurt paardendeken, boterzuur, brett. Smaakt zuur, brett, funky, eikenhout. Nasmaak zuur, fris, droog, houtig.

Hij ruikt echt nog veel ranziger dan dat ie is. En hij is inderdaad zo zuur als ze op de kaart al noemden.

Ganska lätt, lite oxiderad, tunn syra och inte så mycket mer. Lite äppeljuice.

May be improper storage but it tastes oxidized and off. Like "my dishwasher needs cleaning" kinda off. It might just be that the sourness isn't there so there is no glue to the flavours.

Riecht nach Faulen Eiern. Schmeckt aber überhaupt nicht danach. Trocken, Brett, abgestanden, wenig Kohlensäure, wenig Säure.

The pure stuff. Many don't like it's acidic tartness/sourness. That's o. k., it leaves more for the hardcore gueuze/lambic lover. Has an earthiness to it.
